John Renz, Founder of Confluence CFO Services, LLC, is a graduate of Purdue University (West Lafayette). With 10 years experience in helping small businesses with their accounting needs, his client-centric approach specializes in concierge-level services tailored to the needs of each client he serves. As an engaged member of the community, he has a passion for helping businesses flourish.
Hobbies include being a musician, cooking, and gardening.

I believe that a thriving small business community is the foundation of a strong, resilient, and healthy local economy. However, in order for a business to truly flourish, something that cannot be left behind is the finances. This means not only keeping up with tax deadlines, payroll, and cashflow management (to name a few!) but also making business decisions that are based on reliable and digestible financial information. That’s where I’ve found my niche. I am dedicated to every client I serve, and will give my role in your business the same care and devotion that I give to my own business.
My core business philosophy is that insightful analysis and presentation of finances — paired with a streamlined financial system based on solid ground-level-up bookkeeping — is key to running a truly successful business.
